Email Archiving for LaserFiche provides an easy and convenient way to archive all your company's electronic mail in to the LaserFiche Document Management System. A comprehensive rules system allows selection of which messages to archive and where to locate the messages in the LaserFiche Database. The email message, its text and all attachments are archived and automatically indexed using the company's existing email template or an optional customised template.

Named user licenses include document management, Workflow, Snapshot and e-mail functionality. Servers are sold individually and support industry-standard Microsoft and Oracle database platforms.
